*How will I know if you received my order?

When you place an order at our online store, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. Entered an incorrect email address? No worries. Please contact our customer service team and we will send you the order details.

*How do I cancel my order?

Changed your mind about an order? Contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we will cancel your order immediately and refund your money. In case your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order. You will have to ship your order back to our warehouse.

*Do I need to set up an account to order something online?

No, you don’t need to create an account to order at our online store. You can checkout as a guest by filling in your details. To ensure a faster checkout you can register yourself.

*I've added the incorrect shipping address; how do I change it?

In case of filling out the incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to change it. The shipping address can only be changed before your order is shipped.

*Can I add items to my recent order?

We will handle all orders separately. This means you can’t add new items to a recent order. However, you can order a new item anytime! 

*Will you restock sold out items?

A sold-out item from a current collection may again become available online. However, we cannot guarantee this.

Normally we do not restock any sold items from previous collections, as we value our fabrics and produce items to order.


*Where can I find the measurements of the clothes?

A size chart is available on every product page under the tab ‘size and fit information’. All sizes are shown in CM.
