How to Prepare
On bunch of celery is needed to enjoy the maximum health boost, which is super easy to consume when you juice it! You can use a juicer or a blender (just cut into one inch pieces and add 60ml water if using a blender) and you can even make enough for two days and store in a sealed mason jar for the next morning! Take your bunch of celery and slice off the bottom to separate the stalks, and make sure to wash it thoroughly.
