Ibiza Hot Spots Summer 2021
We’re finally ready for a summer vacation, and we’re off to one of our favorite places – Ibiza! The island of sun, fun, classy beach bars, and world renowned parties all night long! We’ve done our research to find the hottest places to be this year on the island here are our favorites:
Las Dalias
Bohemian and cool since 1954, Las Dalias is one of the hottest meeting points for free spirits! Check out the weekly Saturday hippy market to pick up artisan crafts and clothing. Enjoy amazing food and atmosphere as you mingle. Evenings are just as amazing with the famous Namaste, as well as live performances and music from all over the world!
Cana Pepeta
This iconic restaurant is a must visit, healthy, organic and local produce is the star of the show. Chef Martin Vasquez turns his expert hand and to a hot grill of Argentinian quebracho charcoal and a delicate blend of local herbs such as rosemary, pine and thyme, giving the incredible dishes their distinctive flavor. Combining the old world with the new, sustainability is one of the key values of Cana Pepeta. There’s something for everyone as dishes include steak, seafood and a selection vegetable dishes.
The Boat House
Enjoy the Boat House signature paella right on the beach! This gorgeous restaurant is perfect for long, lazy days, you can visit every day of the week and try a different delicious dish with its extensive world menu. The restaurant is family owned and you’ll be sure to meet the friendly Dutch Zandwijk family, who add their love of cuisine and the island to the ambience.
Bambuddha
Explore a “MediterrAsian” fusion in this popular Thai temple with a tantric philosophy. Relax in sumptuous surroundings as you enjoy dishes from all over Asia, including Thai curries, Japanese Sushi and Sashimi as the resident DJs play upbeat and relaxing sounds. This is the place for the ultra-cool, and is the epitome of deluxe Ibiza.
Amante Ibiza
Enjoy contemporary Spanish and Italian dishes in stunning surroundings as you dine on a dramatic cliff overlooking the Sol d’en Serra bay. For early risers, you are welcome to enjoy yoga classes with a healthy buffet breakfast. For night owls, the open air cinema is a beautiful backdrop to modern and classic movies. La Oliva
Enjoy modern, fresh and healthy cuisine as you dine on quaint white wooden tables in the cobblestoned main square of Dalt villa. This restaurant has been a mainstay of the area since 1986, serving delicious Mediterranean food with Asiatic touches. If just drinks is what you’re looking for the selection of cocktails at Le Bar, La Oliva’s cocktail lounge has everything you need to tempt your taste buds!
Isla de es Vedra
Home to many myths and legends, this magical place is a must visit to replenish your soul! Said to be home of Sirens of Greek mythology, the birthplace of the goddess Tanit, and even the third most magnetic place on Earth! Whatever your beliefs, you’ll be inspired by the majestic sight of this natural monument. Standing at over 400 meters high, you can catch the breathtaking beauty from the main Es Vedra viewpoint or by boat either by scheduled boat trip or private charter.
