Are You Beach Ready? Must Haves for Your Beach Bag!
It’s the season of fun in the sun and beach days with friends and family! We absolutely love heading to the seaside and relaxing after a busy week at work! As with any trip, being prepared makes for a much easier time, and getting ready of course is part of the fun! Here’s our guide to the ultimate beach bag for a fabulous day out at the beach!
Cool Beach Bag!
Whether you like a traditional straw bag, designer tote or sporty and functional, there’s only one rule for your beach bag – make it BIG! The more space you have, the more supplies you can fit in, including those all-important snacks and drinks!
Sunscreen
Enjoy a golden glow without the damage with sunscreen. There are many eco-friendly options which protect but only your skin, but also the planet! Check them out and make your beach trip a safe one for local wildlife!
Towel
We love a big beach towel, as they serve as a place to lie and soak up the rays, cover up and of course drying after a dip in the sea. If you prefer to keep space in your bag for other things, there are plenty of lightweight travel towels!
Cover Up
A cute cover up is essential when you’ve had too much sun, and for traveling home at the end of the day. Light and easy to pack, you’re covered even for a quick stop at the beach bar!
Ziplock Bags
Of course there are professional waterproof phone cases, but if your trip is last minute, a ziplock bag does the job perfectly! Although not recommended for taking your phone in the sea, it’ll certainly protect your devices from stray sand and accidental spills and drips!
Water bottle
A reusable and insulated water bottle will keep you well hydrated in the hot sun with cool water. It’s important to keep a clear head when swimming in the sea as the current and depth can change without warning. Make sure you have plenty of water between your other drinks to stay aware of your surroundings!
Trash Bags
Be sure to leave the beach clean after your visit by making sure you have a supply of trash bags with you. Take away all of your trash or even give back to the area by taking away older trash that has washed up on shore!
Hair Brush
Tame your mane after a dip in the salty sea with a hair brush to avoid knots and tangles. For extra delicate hair, a leave in spray can save from breakage and frizz!
Portable Speaker
No day at the beach is complete without a cool backing track. A portable speaker will get the party started with all your favorite summer tunes!
