SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

*When will I receive my order?

We will ship your order within 3 business days. The regular delivery time is between 1 to 3 business days, but the estimated delivery time depends on your region. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

*I pre-ordered garments, how long will it take to have them delivered to me?

All pre-orders will be delivered by the beginning of July 2018.

*How much do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping. 

*Where does LèMert deliver?

We deliver our items to the United States, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

*Can I collect my order in a store?

At this moment, our items are only sold through our website.

*How will my order be shipped?

All items are separately packed in plastic to prevent damage and will be in a box.

 

RETURN POLICY

All items must be returned new, unused and with all LèMert tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Contact our customer service first.

All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. All products returned must be unworn and unwashed. All products returned must have all original LèMert tags still attached. Any products purchased in the Sale cannot be refunded. Shipping products to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Late Returns

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are not accepted.

Clothing

Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all LèMert tags still attached.

Swimwear

Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

Gifts

To arrange a gift return, please email shop@le-mert.com and we will assist you further.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. Or we will exchange it for a new item.

If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, then please contact our customer service.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.

*Will I be refunded for the full amount of my order?

Yes, we will refund you the full amount of your order.

*When do I get my refund?

Returns will be processed approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

*I have placed an order during the sale; can I return my order?

Any products purchased in the Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

*What if my return is not accepted?

The only reason we won't accept a return is if it is not in line with our guidelines, which are listed in this return policy. If you send something back to us and we cannot credit you for it, we will not return the item to you. If you would like your item shipped back, we will accept a payment for the shipping.
